Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called “Vinyasa Flow Yoga”, and is derived from Ashtanga yoga, this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so that you move with each inhale and exhale. Vinyasa-style yoga classes are ones where there is a dynamic flow from posture to posture. The classes are very beginner friendly, all levels are welcome.
Our teachers are amazingly skilled, professional & adaptable to fit your needs. We keep our classes small for a private, comfortable setting.
If your new to yoga, or just don’t have a mat on you it’s okay, we have plenty of mats available for you to borrow or buy.
