This is the practice of yoga as it was intended – – consciousness/awareness-raising. A journey, a practice of mindful yoga movements, breathing and meditation with present moment awareness of and, unreactive attention to mind, body, heart and soul (energy). The intention of the practice is union/unification, healing and strengthening of these aspects/elements of your being. Come practice and be well.
Yoga class, offered three times a week at 5:30pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs) + once a week on Friday at 11:30am.
The classes are very beginner friendly, all levels are welcome. *** We offer $10 per class, or an unlimited monthly pass for $60.
Our teachers are amazingly skilled, professional & adaptable to fit your needs. We keep our classes small for a private, comfortable setting.
If your new to yoga, or just don’t have a mat on you it’s okay, we have plenty of mats available for you to borrow or buy.
