This is the practice of yoga as it was intended – – consciousness/awareness-raising. A journey, a practice of mindful yoga movements, breathing and meditation with present moment awareness of and, unreactive attention to mind, body, heart and soul (energy). The intention of the practice is union/unification, healing and strengthening of these aspects/elements of your being. Come practice and be well.
Yoga class, offered here five times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday + Friday at 5:30pm + Sunday at 9:30am
The classes are very beginner friendly, all levels are welcome.
Our teachers are amazingly skilled, professional & adaptable to fit your needs. We keep our classes small for a private, comfortable setting.
If your new to yoga, or just don’t have a mat on you it’s okay, we have plenty of mats available for you to borrow or buy.
