Mondays @ 5:30PM “YIN YOGA CLASS W/ SABRINA”
Why Do Yin Yoga: Yin increases your flexibility. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
Wednesdays @ 5:30PM “MINDFUL YOGA W/ PETER”
This is the practice of yoga as it was intended – – consciousness/awareness-raising. A journey, a practice of mindful yoga movements, breathing and meditation with present moment awareness of and, unreactive attention to mind, body, heart and soul (energy). The intention of the practice is union/unification, healing and strengthening of these aspects/elements of your being. Come practice and be well.
Thursdays @ 5:30PM“KUNDALINI YOGA CLASS W/ TATIANA”
Kundalini Yoga is a blend of Bhakti Yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti Yoga, (for the expression of power and energy). A well-taught Kundalini Yoga class leaves you feeling like you’ve gone to therapy, had an awesome workout in the gym, made it to your yoga mat and enjoyed a fun singing session with friends. The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to provide a modality by which people can achieve their maximum creative potential, free themselves from Karma (the lasting effects of past actions) and realize their life purpose.
Fridays @ 11:30AM “VINYASA YOGA CLASS W/ SABRINA”
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called “Vinyasa Flow Yoga”, and is derived from Ashtanga yoga, this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so that you move with each inhale and exhale. Vinyasa-style yoga classes are ones where there is a dynamic flow from posture to posture. Come Flow, Stretch and relax with us every Friday at 11:30 am! Perfect way to kick off the weekend!!

If your new to yoga, or just don’t have a mat on you it’s okay, we have mats available for you to borrow or buy.
