MONDAYS 5:30-6:45PM Yin Yoga w/ Alex
Join Alex, a multi-certified yoga teacher, specializing in mechanics and alignment for a luxurious Yin Yoga class. Each pose is held for at least four minutes to allow for maximum access of the tendons, joints, and bones- in away often neglected by ‘yang-style’ classes. Relax and release tension to cleanse your internal organs and free your mind.
TUESDAYS 5:30-6:45PM Deep Stretch Yoga w/ Kristen
Drawing from over twenty years of dance experience & over ten years as a yoga practitioner, teacher, and stretch coach, Kristen will guide you through deep, lengthening, postures to release tension in the body. Flow rhythmically, enhancing your connection to Spirit, and leave feeling open in mind and body.
WEDNESDAYS 5:30-6:45PM Vinyasa Yoga with Kristen
Connecting breath & movement, Kristen will bring you back to your center. Deeper breathing patterns will endure long after the class is over, bringing more ease to your mind, while dynamic postures bring renewed strength to your body.
THURSDAYS 5:30-6:45PM Weekly Meditation Circle with Kira
All Levels Welcome, Beginner-Friendly. This is a weekly small, intimate group in a safe & sacred space for you to practice Meditation, Concentration Exercises & More. Dress Code: Anything! One Love.
Weekly Classes offered at only $10 per class or $80 month passes.
Our classes are very beginner friendly & all levels are welcome.
Our teachers are amazingly skilled, professional & adaptable to fit your needs.
We keep our classes small for a private, comfortable setting.
If your new to yoga, or just don’t have a mat on you it’s okay, we have plenty of mats available for you to borrow or buy.
